The defining feature of this new construction is its L-shaped floor plan, designed to provide privacy on a prominent corner lot. Deep porches wrap the front and back, creating a filtered transition between interior and exterior and forming a continuous in-between space along the façades. The interplay of metal cladding and siding introduces rhythm and contrast, softening the overall massing and adding visual depth. The continuity of the metal used on both the roof and façades further reduces the perceived height and brings a unified, seamless character to the house. This home is under construction.
